It is the goal of airport staff to have a consensus among aircraft users, airport tenants, and community interests on noise abatement that would satisfy most regarding airport air operations. The attached procedures have been vetted with some aircraft operators at Sebastian Airport and do not represent all procedure possibilities. However, it is airport staff's opinion that they do represent a fair beginning toward addressing noise sensitive issues at the airport. It is airport staff's desire that when procedures are agreed upon, those procedures will be posted on the airport's web page in the "Noise Abatement" section. In addition, pamphlets will be available for distribution. Y~ a~;yy_~ ,, ,.~ ~ -r~R ~;, SEBASTIAN MUNICIPAL AIRPORT VOLUNTARY NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURES X26 is a NOISE SENSITIVE AIRPORT.
