Rhoda was born in Toledo, Ohio on June 3, 1917 and with her family moved to Naples, Florida in 1933. In 1986 she relocated to Vero Beach. Rhoda was predeceased by her husband Lui. Rhoda was a homemaker, business woman and world traveler. She is survived by a brother Richard Rhodes of Idaho Falls, Idaho and special nieces and nephews.
