Transfer of Cemetery Deed No. 450 - Pete and/or Mae Marcellino to James and Anna Scott
Lots 13 & 14 Block 50 Unit 2 Addition
Mae Marcellino submitted a notarized letter of request dated July 22, 2002 for transfer of the
above referenced lots to daughter Anna Scott and her husband James Scott.
In accordance with Section 34-13 of the Code of Ordinances, transfers are valid only with
written consent of the City. No lot may be sold by any party other than back to the City of
Sebastian at the original purchase price.
I hereby give consent to the transfer of the Lots 13 and 14, Block 50, Unit 2 Addition to James
and Anna Scott, 583 Cottonwood Rd, Sebastian, Florida 32958. The original letter of request
and a copy of this written consent will be attached to the City's record.

of recorded in Plat Book 2, at page 66 of the public records in the office of the Clerk of tha Circuit C'ourt of St. Lucie
County of Florida.
To Have and to Hold the same forever; provided that said property shall be used aolely and exclusively for the iakerment of
the dead and shall be used, kept and meintained at all times in accordance with the rules and regulntioas, ordinances and resolutions
of the City of Sebastian, Florida, heretofore, now and hereafter adopted or provided for the government and operation of said ceme-
tery. The con3itions, restrictions and requirements contained in this instrument ehall be covenants running with the land. In the event of
the failure of the owner of any property situated within said cemetery to observe and comply with such rules, regulations, resolutions
and ordinances and the conditions of the deed of conveyance thereof then the title of such owner in aad to said property sho17 terminate
and the same shall revert to the City of Sebastian, Florida.
