NEW BUSINESS: Ms. Coy called for a point of order and suggested that perhaps they didn't make a good decision at the last meeting to open a quasi judicial hearing with only three members of Council. She explained that the City Attorney advised that all three members would have to confirm or deny what went on at the hearing which was very unfair to the applicant and she suggested Council consider moving the hearing to July 29, 2009 when there will be a full Council with a full hearing for the applicant. Board of Adjustment Meeting July 22, 2009 Page Two Mayor Gillmor said it would have to be up to the applicants and he was for it. Mr. Wolff said he was fine either way. He advised it should be a motion to defer each of the applications until the 29th at 5:30 p.m. She asked him to state it again for the record.
