The Canvassing Board moved to the tabulation room to witness the count of the remaining
ballots. One provisional was not counted because there were no votes marked at all. Seven
ballots had not been counted by the machines because of write -ins, so the Board decided to
count them on a 3 -0 vote.
Mr. Gordon provided the Canvassing Board with the Final Official Cumulative Totals and the
Board initialed it (see attached) and he provided a Statement of Vote by Precinct (see attached).
The Canvassing Board signed three original Conduct of Election Report forms provided by the
Supervisor of Elections (see one original attached).
The Canvassing Board then signed four Certificate of Canvassing Board Official Returns forms
and retained two copies (see copy attached). This certificate will be attached to a City Council

All remaining ballots and certifications were sealed in the transfer case with seal #0011706.
