CITY COUNCIL ACTION Resolution No. R -01 -63 Proposed Millage Rate Final Adoption Hearing 9/26/01 (Finance Director Transmittal 8/28/01, R- 01 -63) A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A MILLAGE RATE OF4.5904 MILLS FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2001 AND ALLOCATING SAME TO THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2001 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2002; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ii. Resolution No. R -01 -64 Tentative Budget Final Adoption Hearing 9/26/01 (Finance Director Transmittal 8/29/01, R 01 64) A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2001 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2002; MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE PAYMENT OF OPERATING EXPENSES, CAPITAL EXPENSES, AND FOR THE PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST PAYMENTS ON THE BOND AND OTHER INDEBTEDNESS OF THE CITY IN THE CITY'S GENERAL FUND, SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS, DEBT SERVICE FUND, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUNDS, GOLF COURSE FUND, AIRPORT FUND, AS PROVIDED FOR IN SCHEDULE "A ATTACHED HERETO, ESTABLISHING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY MANAGER TO IMPLEMENT THE BUDGET; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ANY PERSON WHO DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE CITY COUNCIL WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT THIS MEETING (OR HEARING) WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE HEARD.
