Growth Management Conference Room

1. The meeting was called to order at 5:35 PM.
2. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
3. ROLL CALL:
Present: Donna Keys
Lisanne Robinson
Tom Collins
Warren Dill
Staff present: Rebecca Grohall, Growth Management Director.
4. Old Business
The committee reviewed revised sign proposals from Jerry Smith Tile and the Antiques
Store ABC A Better Consignment. It was briefly reviewed that applicants, if approved by
the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Board are eligible for an eighty percent
reimbursement, up to $7,500 of the costs of signage and landscaping, and up to $15,000 for
fagade, sign and landscape improvements.

Lisanne Robinson made the motion, second by Donna Keys to "recommend to City Council
for approval, within the guidelines of funding Motion was approved 4 -0.

Donna Keys made the motion, second by Warrne Dill to "recommend to City Council for
approval, within the guidelines of funding Motion was approved 4 -0.
The sign designs presented this evening will be placed in the Community Redevelopment
Agency's package as part of the agenda backup materials.
