She cannot find the original deed, but has Power of Attorney and death certificates to support her claim. I cannot find a copy of the deed, but have a stub from the deed showing that lots were paid for, a list of lot owners which includes the original purchaser's name, and our file card showing ownership. Would it be permissible to issue a new deed, and cancel out the old one? Talked to Tom Palmer who advised that he saw no problem with this. O.K. to handle as suggested.
