REGULAR MEETING

Per Sebastian Code Sec. 26 -192: Meetings; quorum; officers
(a) The board shall meet regularly as the need presents itself, Four members
of the board shall constitute a quorum. A majority of members present shall
be required to act.
(b) The board shall elect officers from its membership. Whenever possible,
the person selected as chairperson and vice chairperson of the board shall
have served 2 years as a regular member of the board and shall attended
atleast 90% of meetings unless otherwise excused.
