Meeting was called to order by Ch. Garland at 6:00 P.M.
Pledge of Allegiance was led by Ch. Garland

Mr. Widup arrived after 1st motion
Absent: Mr. Hosey
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular meeting held 1/13/09.
I make a motion we approve the minutes of meeting held 1/13/09 as written.

A voice vote was taken passed unanimously.

NEW BUSINESS: Re- instate Jerald E.Smith Sr. Tile and Flooring license
Mr. Smith has paid the inactive fee since 2001 for both the tile and flooring license.

BOARD MATTERS: Building Official Wayne Eseltine presented the schedule of civil
penalties to be presented and approved by the City Council. After much discussion, a
motion was made to approve the schedule of civil penalties.
