REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
DECEMBER 14, 2010 6:00 P.M.
Meeting was called to order by Ch. Jean Carbano at 6:00 P.M.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular meeting held 11/09/10.
I make a motion we approve the minutes of meeting held 11/09/10 as written.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: None
OLD BUSINESS:
Discussion of Appeals before Special Magistrate as needed.
Presentation to City Council which was also presented to Construction Board on
11/9/10.
NEW BUSINESS:
Wayne Eseltine, Building Official presented the Changes of the Flood Damage
Prevention Ordinance in Chapter 46 of the City Code of Ordinances which is based upon
statutory requirements of the Federal Government. Many new definitions were added as
the result of the Community of Assistance report. The Division of Emergency
Management does a main audit every 5 years.
Motion to approve the Revisions of the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance, Chapter 46.
