He was born April 24, 1935 in Troutdale, VA and was a resident of Sebastian for 25 years. Prior to retirement Mr. Brown was a dry wall finisher. Survivors include his daughters Camilla R. Brown of Columbia, TN, Pamela Marie Brown of Melbourne, FL, Lisa Sue Brown of Fort Pierce, FL, Deborah E. Brown of Palm Bay, FL, Connie Jane Brown of Baltimore, MD, Debra Brown of Baltimore, MD, Sue Brown of Washington DC; sons Letcher B. Brown, Jr. of San Bernadino, CA, Michael B. Brown of Baltimore, MD; 23 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his daughter Cassandra Brown in 2004.
