Hi Linda,
Wanted to pass this on for the next meeting.
Also are we going over the budget at the next Park and Rec meeting? I would like the members to
get a copy of the budget that they can look over before the meeting.
1 will try and stop over at your office this afternoon or tomorrow to look over the agenda for the next
meeting.
Thanks,
JoAnne White

Hi Joanne...Mike and i are so enjoying living in our house on Seashore! we absolutely love it
even more each day! It's been a slow go at getting it back in shape but worth every minute.
So here is my submission for naming the park across the street...
I truly believe we are led to things in our life by a power greater than we are. 1 believe when
we find whatever we are looking for it is called...Serenity...Serenity Park would be my choice for
living across the street from such a beautiful, serene setting. As each day unfolds we look at the
most gorgeous pond...usually the start of an egrets morning hunt, a wood storks walk, a turtles
first swim...or an early morning roost for Kite birds. The day goes on to include quiet
fisherman...some with children in tow, couples sitting on the benches...as we did wishing for this
home...people walking around enjoying the park tables for lunch. The evening closes with families
and pets walking by, enjoying waves and conversation as the sun sets out over the pond. The
serenity that this park has brought to so many is priceless..a beautiful place to start and end a
day. serenity Park.
The park is maintained so well...the employees always kind and courteous. 1 would love to have
another bench added in front by our house to sit and watch the beautiful sunsets. The turtles are
so fun to watch also!
