Subject: Tree measurement meeting
Donna,
On Monday November 14th, 2011 at 10:30am Gilbert Gordian and I met at the Sebastian Library for the purpose of
evaluating a bald cypress tree for possible formal measurement. We then proceeded to meet with Trish and Tom
Adams at 47 River Oak Drive in Sebastian. We arrived at 10:35am, and were taken to the location of the tree. The
girth was measured at the 4 1/2 foot height at 127 inches. Due to the thickness of the vegitation we would not be able
to get an accurate measurement of the height nor the crown. Based on these facts I informed the Adams' that neither
this or another tree would be suitable for measurement. I thanked them for bringing these trees to our attention and at
10:45am Gil and I left the area. Our meeting at that time ended.
