The Parks and Recreation meeting for November 28th, 2011 is cancelled so that
members can attend a sunshine law meeting in Vero Beach, Florida.

MEETING (OR HEARING) WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM

Hello Linda,
I think this is a very good idea. We all need to know and understand the 'do's and don'ts' about the Fiorida Public
Records and Sunshine Laws. Unfortunately, I am at the "tail-end' of my Fall Schedule, therefore, due to the
required preparations for the final exams, I can not attend this meeting. My classes end the second week of
December 2011 - which will allow me to make the scheduled December Sebastian RAC Meeting. I pray you and
the committee will have a very Happy and Safe Thanksgiving.
