I am hereby requesting that the City of Sebastian purchase my two
cemetery lots, located in the Sebastian Municipal Cemetery, in the
amount of $100.00 each. Lots 9 & 10, Block 4, Unit 2, as stated
on City of Sebastian Cemetery Deed #331, dated April 7, 1978, in
the name of John C. and Virginia Green. The total refund in the
amount of $200.00.
Please issue payment to Mr. & Mrs. John C. Green
