Kelso Jr., Cemetery Sexton SUBJECT: Resolution Change DATE: October 8, 1992 As per our conversation on 9/25/92 (about a marker which went in, i.e.; Mrs. Rosario's, causing a change to sec. 8-33-H and which states "placement same site"), here is the information you requested. Enclosed is a site plan form of said monument in question (every monument company sends one before any monument can be placed). Information was noted during the previously scheduled meeting that the Ordinance on markers had just been changed on October 23, 1991 and allowed it to be for a single grave site of 18" wide, 36" long, 6" to 8" thick and 48" high in certain sections. This then over turned the prior ruling which was passed on January 14, 1987 calling for a single grave site mar}cEr with measurements of 18" wide, 30" long and 6" thick. This is to verify that the above Ordinance changes are in concurrence with previous statements. Thank you for your time and consideration in regards to theis matter.
