CALL TO ORDER
10:15 a.m. There being a quorum present, Greg Witt, called the meeting
to order.

IMPACT STATEMENT FOR THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE
Debra Krueger presented the Impact Statements to the Board for
review. Having. completed the review, Chairman Witt executed the
Forms.
SUBJECT
INVESTMENT CONTRACT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Board reviewed the six (6) responses to our Request for Proposal
for the Investment Oversight contract. The Board elected to have four
(4) firms present their approaches. The firms selected were:
BCA
Bogdhan
Graystone
Thistle
The Board agreed to have the selected firms present at a Special
Meeting to be held October 2, 2012 at 10:00 AM in City Council
Chambers. Lee Dehner will arrange for the presentations. Each firm
will be given a copy of the most recent report from ICC and will be
expected to incorporate a review of that report into their presentation.
SUBJECT
ATTORNEY MATTERS
Pending the approval of the new Ordinance by the City of Sebastian
Council, Lee will prepare a new draft of the Ordinance moving the Plan
from one governed by "Chapter" State Law to one governed by
"Local" State Law.
Once the new Ordinance is passed, the Board will also review the
"Optional" benefits that can /may be included in the new Ordinance.

Having no further business for discussion, Chairman Greg Witt
adjourned the meeting at 11:45 AM
Next regularly scheduled meeting is September 18, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
in the City Council Chambers.
The next Special Meeting is scheduled for October 2, 2012, at 10:00 AM
in the Sebastian. City Council Chambers.
