Grantor shall review the data submitted as to aesthetic functional and economic conformance with the area and its proposed development and Grantor agrees that such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. 2. The parties acknowledge and agree that the premises shall be used for the sole purpose of park or civic use and any modification or change in such use will require the consent and approval of Grantor, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld. If Grantor commences legal proceedings to enforce the provisions of either or- both of the above restrictions, Grantee, its successors or assigns, shall be obligated to pay Grantor's costs and legal expenses. TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, THE SAME IN FEE SIMPLE FOREVER.
