HomeMy WebLinkAbout1938 George Vickers14 �J SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED - --# THIS INDENTURE, Made this day of March, 1938, between CITY OF SEBASTIAN, a municipal corporation in the county of Indian River and state of Florida, party of the first part, and G- p9_A. -� -_ Vickers, of Indian River County, state of Florida, party of the second part, WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other valuable con- siderations to it in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby ac- knowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents Both grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following described property lying and being in the City of Sebastian, County more -parti-cu-larly-_des� bed _w., —' as follows: e. $ J Beginning at a point 2.52 chains south of the Northwest angle of Government Lot 4, Section 61 Township 31 South, Range 39 East, run East 260 feet, thence South 7.72 chains, thence West 260 feet, thence North to point of beginning; Excepting therefrom the following described tracts: Beginning at a point 389.8 feet South of N.W. corner of Gov. lot 4, in Section 61 Township 31 South, Range 39 East, in Indian River County, Florida, thence E. 50 feet for a point of beginning; from thence south 119.21 feet; and from thence -E -.-0 - feet;- and__from thence-North -to West - fiari street; and from thence Test to pint of beginning; also Beginning at a point which is 675.8&+ feet south and 50 feet east of the northwest corner of Government lot 4, in section 6, Township 31 South, Range 39 East; run East 100 feet and from thence North 165 feet and from �i— thence West 100 feet and from thence South 165 feet to point-of beginning; less 3 feet easom.ent . off the north side for water main and 30 feet off the south side for street. The above described property has been subdivided into a subdivision known as School Park Subdivision according to tie' plat of said subdivision prepared by Elmer Robb, Civil Engineer, on December 7, 1936. And it is inteAded by this conveyance to convey title to said hereinbefore described property as the same is herein - before described and also in its entirety as School Park Subdivision, accordinEg to the plat as herein referred to.
