80.14 feet to the East Right -of -Way line of S.R.
No. 5 (U.S. Highway No. 1,) said point being the
POINT OF BEGINNING: thence S.200451E., 150 feet
thence N.70045'E., 20 feet more or less to the
West bank of the Indian River; thence meandering
Northerly along said West Bank 150 feet more or
less to a point at Right Angles to the Point of
Beginning; thence S.700451E., 20 feet more or
less to the POINT OF BEGINNING. All of said land
being in Government Lots 6 and 7, Section 6, Town—

and that said land is free of all encumbrances
