WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED Made the 4f ray day of August, 1979, by
CENTRAL NATIONAL BANK OF CLEVELAND, Cleveland, Ohio, as Trustee under
the Will of Wellington G. Bosworth deceased, as to an undivided 49%
interest in common; ANN BARNES, a single person, as to an undivided
21.8% interest in common; MILDRED EMPTAGE, a single person, as to an
undivided 25% interest in common; and MARIE WALKER, a single person,
as to an undivided 4.2% interest in common,
,hereinafter called Grantors, to
CITY OF SEBASTIAN, a Florida municipal corporation
whose postoffice address is P.O.Box 127
Sebastian, FL 32958
hereinafter called Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantors" and "Grantee"
'include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs,
legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and
the successors and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration of
sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, all that certain land
siguate in Indian River County, Florida, viz:
Lots 1, 2,,3, 4 and 5, Block 13, EDGEWATER PARK SUB-
DIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 25, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and according to
Plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 23, Public Records
of Indian River County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH riparian and littoral rights appertaining theret
Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations and limita-
tions of record and to taxes accruing subsequent to December
31, 1978.
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that the
Grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the
Grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey saic

and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except
taxes accruing subsequent to December-31, 1978.
