valuable consideralions, receipt whereof is hereby aciz►loalledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re-

B, as shown in Plat Book 4, Page 74, St. Lucie County Records;
together with an easement over and under the following described
property, to -wit:
The east 5 feet of the South 6 feet of the West
835 feet of Lot 24, Block 1, HARDEE SUBDIVISION,
NO. B, Plat Book 4, Page 74, St. Lucie County
Records. Said land now lying and being in the City
of Sebastian, Indian River County, Florida.
Together with all the tenements, hereditamertts and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any-
wise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold, the same in fee simple forever.
Ttnd lite grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that the grantor is lawfully seized of said land
in fee simple, that the grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that the
grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent
to December 31, 19 79.

With regard to your letter of July 11, 1980, this is to inform you that
the above described parcel will be transferred to the City of Sebastian
as tax exempt property on the 1981 tax roll. It will be cut out of
parent parcel number 06 31 39 03 0010 021.0.
