This Quit -Claim Deed, Executed this day of . A. D.19 by
RANDOLPH MILLER, as Trustee and Trustor; and EDGAR L. SCHLITT,
H. DARRELL WOOFTER and NELSON C. HYATT, as Trustors; pursuant to
that certain Trust Agreement dated the lst day of September, 1970,
and recorded in Official Record Book 362, Page 65; and as amended
by Amendment to Trust Agreement dated the 28th day of May, 1975,
and recorded in Official Record Book 547, Page 935; Amendment to
Trust Agreement dated the 18th day of March, 1977, and recorded in
Official Record Book 548, Page 35; and Third Amendment to Trust
Agreement dated the 26th day of June, 1980, and recorded in Official
Record Book 0605, Page 0525; all in Public Records of Indian River
County, Florida; and NELSON C. HYATT, Individually and as Trustee,
first party, to
CITY OF SEBASTIAN, a municipal corporation,
whose postoffice address is P. 0. Box 127, Sebastian, Florida 32958,
second party:
(Wherever used herein the terms "first party" and "second party" shall include singular and plural, heirs, legal
representatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations, wherever the context
so admits or requires.)
Wltflesseth, That the said first party, for and rn consideratiort of the sum of g 10.00
in hand paid by the said second parry, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, "re-
lease and quit -claim unto the said second party forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which
the said first party has in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being
in the County of Indian River State of Florida , to -unit:
The North 80 feet of the South 630 feet more or less of the North-
east 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 20, Township 31 South,
Range 39 East, lying Easterly of the Easterly right -of -way line of
the Florida East Coast Railroad and the North 80 feet of the South
630 feet more or less of Government Lot 3, Section 21, Township 31
South, Range 39 East, lying Westerly of the Westerly right -of -way
line of U. S. #1, as it now exists. Said tract of land extends
from U: S. #1 to the Florida East Coast Railroad and is North of
and contiguous with the North line of lands of Indian River Lumber
Company. All lying and being in the City of Sebastian, Indian
River County, Florida. Containing 1.9 acres, more or less.
In the event that this road right -of -way is vacated by the City of
Sebastian then, and in that event, said property shall revert to
the Grantors, their heirs, successors or assigns.
Further, in the event that Grantee fails to construct a road over
and upon the above described right -of -way within two (2) years
from the date hereof then, and in that event, this property shall
revert to Grantors, their heirs, successors or assigns.
