DEED OF EASEMENT
August 30, 1984
I, the undersigned, MARY GEUS ANDERSON, a single person, being
the sole owner in fee simple of Lot 11, Block E, of W. A. MARTIN
Subdivision, a subdivision in the City of Sebastian, Florida, according
to Plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 12, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and recorded in Official Record
Book 400, Page 649 and in Official Record Book 73, Pa e 249, said land
lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, for 10.00 and other
valuable consideration, hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the
City of Sebastian, Florida, a Municipal Corporation, its successors
and assigns forever, an easement five (5) feet in width along the
entire NORTH side of said Lot 11. This easement is for the purpose
of drainage and the installation of drainage facilities therein.

This easement runs the entire length of the NORTH
11, a distance of two hundred ninty -four and eleven
from the right of way of Martin Alley on the West
11 to the right of way of old U.S. Highway No. 1, o
of said lot 10.

AGREEMENT August 30, 1984
This agreement is between the City of Sebastian, Florida, a
municipal corporation, and Robert E. Wheeler, June E. Wheeler, and
Mary Geus Anderson.
On the 30th day of August, 1984, in The City of Sebastian,
Florida Robert E. Wheeler and June E. Wheeler by one Deed of
Easement, conveyed to the City of Sebastian, Florida, a drainage
easement -along the SOUTH side of Lot 10, Block E, W.A. Martin
subdivision. Mary Geus Anderson, by another Deed of Easement,
conveyed to the City of Sebastian a drainage easement along the
NORTH side of Lot 11 of the same subdivision, said easement being
five (5) feet in width and 294.11 feet long.
The City of Sebastian plans to install in said easements a
thirty (30) inch drainage pipe. It is hereby agreed by the City
of Sebastian that the City of Sebastian, shall replace the property
in a condition similar to its condition after the installation of
said drainage pipe and shall sod the area of the drainage pipe at
the sole cost and expense of the City of Sebastian.
It is further warranted hereby by the City of Sebastian that
the installation of the said drainage pipe and the granting of the
respective easements shall in no way affect the rights of the owners
of these two lots to build on said lots and does not in any way
affect area or set back requirements.
This agreement is enforceable.by any Robert E. Wheeler, June
E. Wheeler, and Mary Geus Anderson, jointly or severally, and
their successors and asigns.
This__agr.eement is in partial consideration for the granting
to the City of Sebastian, the respective easements described above.
