THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED made and entered this C�5 day of

tation existing under the laws of Delaware, and having its principal

hereinafter called the Grantor, to the City of Sebastian, Florida, a
municipality incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter
called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all
the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives and
assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations.)
WITNESSETH
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and
other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by
these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and
confirm unto the Grantee all that certain land situate in Indian River
County, Florida, vis:
Tract D, Block 251 of Sebastian Highlands Subdivision, Unit 10,
according to the plat of same filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Indian River County, Florida, in Plat Book 6, Page 37E.

This Deed is executed subject to taxes and special assessments

assessed for the year 1986 and all subsequent years and to conditions,
easements, limitations and restrictions of record.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, an officer duly
authorized in the State and County aforesaid to take acknowledgments,
personally appeared C. C. Crump, Senior Vice President of the
corporation named as Grantor in the foregoing deed and that he

witnesses freely and voluntarily under authority duly vested in him by said
