between ROGER M. SKILLMAN AND WAUNETA B. SKILLMAN his wife,
( "Grantor "), and CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, A FLORIDA
MUNICIPAL CORPORATION whose post office address is P.O. Box
780127, Sebastian, Florida 32978, ( "Grantee ").
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by
these presents does hereby grant, bargain and sell, unto
Grantee, its successors and assigns, to have and hold in fee
simple, forever, the following described property, situated
in Indian River County, Florida, to wit:
ACCORDING TO THE EXHIBITS "A" AND "B"
ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED
HEREWITH.
SUBJECT TO: Taxes and assessments for the year 1990 and
subsequent years; conditions, restrictions, limitations,
dedications, and easements of record; applicable zoning

THIS document has been prepared without the benefit of a
title examination and therefore no warranties or
representations are being made either expressly or impliedly
by Charles Ian Nash, Esquire or FRESE, FALLACE, NASH & TORPY,
P.A.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that
it is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has
good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land;
that it hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will
defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
