GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this 16�� day of January, 1996 by the City
of Sebastian, Indian River County, Florida.
WITNESSETH, that the City of Sebastian, Indian River County,
Florida, having determined that the grant of an easement for public
utility purposes is in the public interest, does hereby establish,
grant, and dedicate on behalf of the public, an easement for
installation and maintenance of public utilities on the property
,describe(1-in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
