THIS INDENTURE, made this /02 day of January, 1996 between the
City of Sebastian, Indian River County, Florida, party of the first
part, and William Legue and Lois Legue, his wife, whose post office
address is 1208 US HWY 1, Sebastian, Florida 32958, party of the
second part,
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first party, for and in
consideration of the sum of one dollar, ($1.00) and other valuable
considerations to him in hand paid by the party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, grants to the party of
the second part, and their heirs, successors, and assigns, a
license to excavate for, install, maintain, and use, a water line
over the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto, provided
that the party of the second part and their heirs, successors, and
assigns will indemnify the party of the first part against any
damage to said lands or to public utilities located on said lands
caused by the acts or omissions of the party of the second part or
their agents or employees.
