BARTON CLERIK CIRCUIT COURT WDIAN RIVER CO., FLA. NELSON C. HYATT, a married adult and MARIE D. HYATT, his wife (MORTGAGOR), by Mortgage bearing the 1st day of December, 1995, and recorded in O.R.
