THIS WARRANTY DEED, executed this ' "4 & day of June, A.D., 2004, by The
Sebastian Methodist Church, Inc., a Florida not - for - corporation, Grantor, to the City of
Sebastian, a Florida municipal corporation, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, FL 32958, Grantee:
WITNESSETH, that the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $20,000.00 in
hand paid by the said Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alienate, remise, release, convey and
confirm unto the said Grantee forever, fee simple title in and to the following described land, situate,
lying and being in the county of Indian River, State of Florida, to -wit:
See attached Schedules "A" through "D"
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and Grantor hereby covenants
with Grantee that it is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple, that the Grantor has good right and
lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that the Grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said
land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever,; and that said
land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 2003,
reservations, restrictions and easements of record, if any..
