LANDOWNER shall execute the easement attached hereto as Exhibit "A ". 2. CITY agrees that no trees shall be removed from the easement property as part of the Louisiana Avenue Project improvements 3. For so long as LANDOWNER personally holds the underlying fee interest to the easement lands, CITY shall give LANDOWNER prior notice of any proposed trimming or other work affecting trees within the easement whether performed by its personnel or by third parties working within the easement. Said notice shall be given no less than two weeks prior to such work, so that LANDOWNER shall have the opportunity to hire an independent contractor to perform the proposed work on the vegetation. 4.
