This agreement made on the day of February, 2004, by and between
ROBERT S. PUGLISI, whose address is 1065 Louisiana Avenue, Sebastian, FL 32958,
Grantor, and the City of Sebastian, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, whose
address is 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, Florida 32958, Grantee.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Grantor grants and conveys unto Grantee, its successors or assigns, a perpetual public
easement to lay out, construct, inspect, operate, maintain, repair and install sidewalks,
utilities, drainage facilities, together with the right to remove trees, bushes, undergrowth
and other obstructions interfering with the location, construction and maintenance of the
facilities all over, under, across and through the following described land (hereinafter
referred to as "Easement Area "):

IN WITNESSETH WHEREOF, the Grantor, and the Grantee have executed this
Easement on the day and year first written above.

on the westerly right of way line of Louisiana Avenue, thence N21' 37' 45 "W
along said right of way line a distance of 176.09 feet to a point, said point
being the Point of Beginning; thence departing said right of way line run S89'

feet, thence N89' 40' 52 "E a distance of 10.73 feet to a point on the
