This agreement made on the day of March, 2005, by and between
MARK G. AND DENISE L. LUND, whose address is 1053 Louisiana Avenue, Sebastian,
FL 32958, Grantor, and the City of Sebastian, a municipal corporation of the State of
Florida, whose address is 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, Florida 32958, Grantee.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Grantor grants and conveys unto Grantee, its successors or assigns, a perpetual public
easement to lay out, construct, inspect, operate, maintain, repair and install sidewalks,
and other obstructions interfering with the location, construction and maintenance of the
facilities all over, under, across and through the following described land (hereinafter
referred to as "Easement Area "):

IN WITNESSETH WHEREOF, the Grantor and the Grantee have executed this
Easement on the day and year first written above.

intersection in said right of way line, thence continue along said right of way
line on a bearing of N21' 37' 45 "W a distance of 173.09 feet to a point on
said right of way line, said point being the Point of Beginning; thence
departing said right of way line run S89' 55' 40 "W a distance of 10.75 feet,
thence N21' 37' 45 "W a distance of 128.61 feet to a point on the north line
of the Northeast 114 of the Southwest 114 of said Section 6, thence N89' 58'
07 "E along said line a distance of 10.76 feet to a point on the westerly right
of way line of Louisiana Avenue, thence S21' 37' 45 "E along said right of way
line a distance of 128.59 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 1,286 square feet more or less.
Subject to all easements of record.
Bearings based on the East line of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 114
