This agreement made on the 4- day of March, 2005, by and between DALE
ANN BERMEL, whose address is 929 Louisiana Avenue, Sebastian, FL 32958, Grantor,
and the City of Sebastian, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, whose address
is 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, Florida 32958, Grantee.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Grantor grants and conveys unto Grantee, its successors or assigns, a perpetual public
easement to lay out, construct, inspect, operate, maintain, repair and install sidewalks,
and other obstructions interfering with the location, construction and maintenance of the
facilities all over, under, across and through the following described land (hereinafter
referred to as "Easement Area "):
See attached Schedule "A"
IN WITNESSETH WHEREOF, the Grantor and the Grantee have executed this
Easement on the day and year first written above.

Commence at the Southeast corner of the Northeast % of the Southwest 1/ of Section 6, Township 31 South,
Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida; Thence along said East line of the Northeast % of the Southwest
of said Section 6, North 00' 13'30" East, a distance of 204.45 feet; thence South 89' 12' 40" West, a distance
of 15.00 feet to a point on the westerly Right —of —Way line of Louisiana Avenue and the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continue South 89' 12' 40" West, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence North 00' 13' 30" East, a distance of
139.28 feet; thence North 89' 22' 09" East, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point on the aforementioned westerly
Right —of —Way of Louisiana Avenue; thence South 00' 13' 30" West, along said Right —of —Way line, a distance of
139.25 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 1393 square feet more or less.
Subject to all easements of record.
Bearings based on an assumed meridian and are relative to the East line of the Northeast 1/a of the Southwest Y4
of Section 6, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida, bearing as being North 00' 13' 30" East.
