Dear Mr. Kreyer:
On March 7, 2006, the District received the as-built survey for the above referenced project.
Based on a review of this document, District staff has determined that the stormwater
management system serving this parking lot has not been constructed according to the final
approved plans. As currently reflected by the as-built survey, the retention area appears to
be undersized and has not been constructed to the appropriate depth and dimensions.
Specifically, you must reconstruct the entire retention area in order to provide the total
storage volume reflected on the approved plans dated April 10, 2003. Within 10 days of
receipt of this letter, please notify the District in writing of your willingness to
reconstruct the retention area, and indicate when construction is anticipated to
commence. District staff is willing o meet with you and the design engineer in order to

FYI
Just received the following copy of the non-compliance letter sent to Mr. Norbert Kreyer of Hurricane Harbor
indicating the District has determined that the stormwater management system serving the parking lot has not
been constructed according to the final approved plans. This determination was based upon the"as-builts"
submitted to the District. It goes into specifics but ends with the statement the District must receive"in writing of
your willingness to reconstruct the retention area, and indicate when construction is anticipated to commence"
within 10 days of receipt of the letter.
