Lauderdale, FL 33301 Re: Hurricane Harbor Parking Lot Permit#42-061-88311-1 t••— (Please reference the permit number on all correspondence) Dear Mr. Kreyer: On March 7, 2006, the District received the as-built survey for the above referenced project. Based on a review of this document, District staff has determined that the stormwater management system serving this parking lot has not been constructed according to the final approved plans. As currently reflected by the as-built survey, the retention area appears to be undersized and has not been constructed to the appropriate depth and dimensions. Specifically, you must reconstruct the entire retention area in order to provide the total storage volume reflected on the approved plans dated April 10, 2003. Within 10 days of receipt of this letter, please notify the District in writing of your willingness to reconstruct the retention area, and indicate when construction is anticipated to commence. District staff is willing o meet with you and the design engineer in order to 9 Y 9 9 discuss specific details related to the reconstruction of the retention area. Feel free to contact me at (321) 409-2119 with any questions or to set up a meeting. Sincerely, Nathan Ottoson, Engineer II Department of Water Resources , CC: John Juiliann4) Janice Unger;.
