Dear Mr. Kreyer: The District has recently learned that ownership of the above referenced project has changed. According to the Indian River County Property Appraiser's website, it appears that the City of Sebastian now owns the parcels associated with this permit. Condition number 12 of the permit states that the permittee must notify the District in writing of any sale or conveyance of ownership of the permitted system within 30 days. In order to process the permit transfer, the District requires a letter signed by the original Dermittee and a letter signed by the new owner(City of Sebastian). Within 30 days of receipt of this letter, please coordinate with the City and provide a transfer request letter to the District's Palm Bay Service Center.
