Dear Ms. Grohall:
Thank you for providing the Annual Stewardship Report identified above to Florida
Communities Trust (FCT). FCT has reviewed the report and have found that it adequately
addresses the requirements the Grant Award Agreement and the approved management plan.
FCT staff also reviewed the proposed modification to the master site plan, dated
08/11/2010, locating the ice house, hatchery, riverwalk and other minor improvements for
consistency with the original application, the Grant Award Agreement, and the approved
management plan. Staff finds the proposed facilities consistent with the approved project and
are hereby approved. Please insert the revised master site plan in your copy of the management
plan and we will do the same.
In your next Annual Stewardship Report, due October 2011, please include photographs
documenting the progress made in the development and maintenance of the project site.
