We have reviewed the appraisal reports prepared for Florida Communities Trust(FCT)on the project
identified above and have determined that they comply with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal
Practice and Rule Chapter 9K-8, Florida Administrative Code.
Enclosed are your copies of the Memorandum of Certification, Appraisal Review Memorandum and the
appraisal reports. The information presented in these documents is confidential; therefore,only the
individuals identified in the Confidentiality Agreement are authorized to have access to the
documents.
Delbert Harvey of the FCT staff will be handle contract preparation and negotiations. He may be reached
at(850)922-1702 if you have any questions concerning negotiations. Our records indicate that FCT has
not received a final Management Plan for review. This plan must be approved prior to any closings in the
project. Please contact Grant Gelhardt at(850)922-1704 regarding any Management Plan issues. If you
