SUMMARY
At the direction of City Council, this item has been placed on the agenda. City staff has continued
negotiation with the lessee and sub-lessee(s) at 1540 Indian River Drive. In addition,
communication with FCT and COS continues. FCT has expressed understanding in the situation
and seems satisfied that COS is moving in good faith to address the 27 September 11
Compliance Warning. At the time of this writing a formal report memorializing the Wednesday,
October 5, 2011 meeting was not prepared.
