Dear Billy, Susie and Tim
It is with heavy heart that we are writing you this letter. Fisherman's Landing, LLC has made the
decision to leave the premise's at 1540 Indian River Drive, Sebastian, Florida.
Our intent is to vacate said property no later than October 27, 2011 , when and if we receive
reimbursement of$21,000. which is the remainder of the pre-paid rent that was paid to
Fisherman's Landing Sebastian, Inc. on Sept 1, 2011.
Brittney and I would like to thank all involved for this opportunity, and certainly wish it had
turned out differently.
