Re: Partial Release of Reserved Right to Utilize Easements
Dear Rich:
Enclosed is an original Partial Release of Reserved Right to Utilize Easements. This letter
is a follow up to my March 27, 2000 letter which was sent to Brent McCaghren, with copies to
you. I have also enclosed the following for your review:
1. Assignment of Plat and Other Easements from Atlantic Gulf and GDU to the City.
2. Assignment of Plat and Other Easements from the City to the County.
3. Description of Lots 1 and 2 (as shown on the replat going before the Council on
Wednesday, April 12') for reference only to assist in locating the areas within the
various units where the reserved rights are being released.
The same Partial Release has been sent to Atlantic Gulf / GDU and the County. We
expect to have both of these returned this week. These Partial Releases are being required by the
attorney for St. Johns as a condition to closing; which we expect to occur on this Friday, April
14th.
I trust that this matter has been scheduled to be approved by the City Council at their
April 12' meeting.
