I have also requested our city attorney, Mr. L. B. Vocelle, to sit in so that we can resolve these plots to avoid future problems. I would like to suggest two dates, October 7th or October 8th, about 9:30 or 10:00 a.m., or between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. either day. I trust that these times will be convenient for you. BOX 6B6 813- 67S -3151 B13- 675 -5591 April 1, 1975 Mr. Joe Boyd has been in to see me relative to the cemetery lots which is father and mother, Mr. Saint Clyde Boyd and Mrs. Grace S. Boyd, purchased. The original Deed was dated March 11, 1940 and ran to S. C. Boyd, and this was later modified being Deed dated July 30, 1959 to Mr. and Mrs. Boyd, No. 31 of the City of Sebastian, recorded at Book 79, page 30 of the Official Records of Indian River County Circuit Court. Mr. Joe G. Boyd, son of Mr. and Mrs. Saint Clyde Boyd, recently in- terred his wife, Genevieve Boyd, in this cemetery. Apparently there is a high degree of confusion as to the spaces available since other people have been buried in the plot which Mr. and Mrs. Saint Clyde Boyd purchased. Another son, brother of Joe, Jack Parker Boyd was buried there in 1937. It was the wish of Mrs. Genevieve Boyd, and is the earnest desire of Mr. Joe G. Boyd that when the fateful day arrives he will be buried next to his wife Genevieve. This appears to be impossible in view of the present condition of the cemetery. I shall appreciate it if you will send me a plat showing the cemetery and advise me promptly as to how you propose to take care of this situation so that the parties desires can be fulfilled.
