As best as can be determined the following is documented history of sale of Unit 1, Block
10, Lot 1, also known as Lots 21- 25 & 36 - 40.
1) November 1, 1919—Recorded Warranty Deed - E. W. Vickers and his wife Mary
E. Vickers sold Lot # 1 and Lot# 4 in Block 10 "Vickers Cemetery"to A. L.
Stinson.
2) April 23, 1975 —Warranty Deed—A. L. Stinson & Effie Stinson sold the West '/2
of Lot 1, Block 10, Vickers Cemetery to L. A. Davis. The west half of Lot 1,
Block 10 consists of 5 lots numbered 21 thru 25.
3) September 14, 1976—Recorded Agreement—Confusion over burial rights of
various members of the family of E. J. Davis (Edley Jackson Davis and Mattie
Kate Davis generated this agreement to clear up the confusion. This agreement
includes all of Lot 1 of Block 10, Vickers Cemetery. Various conveyances have
occurred since the Warranty Deed of November 1, 1919 was recorded and the
owners listed as of this Agreement are Kossie N. Russell, Lucinda D. Hogan and
L. A. Davis. The following burial rights were assigned and agreed to by all
owners."This agreement shall act as a complete conveyance of all rights, title and
interest to the respective parties. "

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered this /5/z/z, day of,j/d ,
1976, by and between the undersigned individuals ;
WITNESSET H:
WHEREAS , confusion has existed for many years over the
burial rights of various members of the family of E. J. Davis ,
also known as Eddey Jackson Davis , and Mattie K. Davis , also
known as Mattie Kate Davis , his wife; and
WHEREAS , the survivors of the family members of E. J.
Davis , also known as Eddey Jackson Davis , and Mattie K. Davis ,
also known as Mattie Kate Davis , his wife, desire to set
forth the urial rights of the various members of the family,
so it may be certain once and for all ; and
IN CONSIDERATION of the convenants and conditions herein,
and Ten and no/100 ($10. 00) Dollars , and other good and valuable
consideration, it is agreed as follows :
1. This Agreement shall include all of Lot 1 of Block
10, Vickers Cemetery, as recorded in the official records
of St. Lucie County, Plat Book 3 , page 65 , said cemetery
being in Indian River County, Florida, and also being referred
to in Plat Book 2 , page 1, of Indian River County, as Vickers
Cemetery in Sebastian, Florida.
2 . By various conveyances , the undersigned individuals
are the owners of all interest in Lot 1 , Block 10 , as referred
to above, and acknowledge that Lot 1 is divided into ten (10)
burial plots , each of an approximate equal size with five
(5) burial plots lying to the west of the north - south center
line through said lot, and five (5) lots lying to the east
of said north - south center line through Lot 1.
3. For reference purposes , the lots shall be numbered
as follows :
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 1, and proceeding

1 to the south, the lots shall be numbered in an ascending order
one (1) through five (5) , inclusive. The lots to the east
of the north - south center line shall begin at the southeast
corner of Lot 1 , and be numbered six (6) through ten (10) ,
inclusive, in an ascending order.
4. By this Agreement, all right, title, and interest
to the hereinafter referred to burial plots are transferred
to the individuals named that are living, and the burial rights
of those deceased are hereby established and confirmed as
follows : ,
