Chairman Wayne Newland called the meeting to order at 3:00.
2. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Barney Giordan, Aft Member of American Legion
Not Present:
Commander of VFW
Member of VFW
Tom Nagle, Alt Member of VFW
Member of American Legion
Member of Ladies Auxiliary
Chairman Newland announced there was not a quorum to hold the meeting.
The next meeting would be scheduled for April 7, 2014 at 3:00 p.m.
