Based on our general review of the subject application and
documentation, we recommend the Planning and Zoning
Commission approve same subject to resolution of the
following comments and conditions.
1) Existing encroachment of property owner on north
to be resolved.
2) Landscaping in southwest corner of property to be
coordinated with Chamber of Commerce.
3) Issuance of County curb cut permit for exit onto Indian
River Drive.
4) Porous parking surface to be approved by Planning and
Zoning Commission pursuant to Section 20a -8.5 (E -2.)
and (F). [ LDC pp 537 -539 1
Applicant has provided and staff has checked property survey
and legal description.
This recommendation is based on a general review of the
documents submitted and does not preclude further changes/
requirements deemed necessary by the City as the project
progresses.
