THROUGH: Bruce Cooper RE: Boone property Parking Lot Boundary Survey Memo Dated 8 September 1989 I have reviewed the attached survey and have found it to similarly describe the property verbally and graphically (with modifications as noted) as compared to the warranty deeds the City holds for the property. The modifications noted on the survey are as follows: 1. Verification of north arrow direction. 2. Indication of existing Chamber of Commerce property boundary.
