Memo Dated 8 September 1989
I have reviewed the attached survey and have found it to
similarly describe the property verbally and graphically
(with modifications as noted) as compared to the warranty
deeds the City holds for the property.
The modifications noted on the survey are as follows:
1. Verification of north arrow
direction.
2. Indication of existing Chamber of
Commerce property boundary.
Invoice approval will have to come from you.

Lots 21, 220 23 and 24, Block,,1, HARDEE SUBDIVISION, NO. B, according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 4, page 74, Public Records of_St. 'Lucie County, Florida; said land now lying
and being in IndianRiver County, Florida. TOGETHER with all of that part of Lot 7, Block 1, Hardee
Subdivision No. B, lying Easterly, of new U.S. Highway No. 1; TOGETHER with the Easterly 5 feet of the
vacated alley lying immediately Westerly of Lots 21 and 22 as above described, which said alley runs
in a Northwesterly -Southeasterly direction through Blocks 1 and 2 of said Subdivision and vacated by
Chapter No. 157-A of the City of Sebastian, a certified copy of which was recorded on 'January 20,
1958 in Official Record Book 30, page 413, Public' Records of Indian River County; said alleyway
being part of Block 1, Hardee. Subdivision No. B; And also, Lot 1, Block 1, of aforesaid Hardee Sub-
division; LESS AND EXCEPT right-of-way for U.S. Highway No. 1 as it now exists
