Agenda: 1.0 DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM 1.1 Regardless of alignment option (unless terminate), some sort of Wetland mitigation required 1.2 No conservation easement allowed (On- airport) per FAA 1.3 Need to construct road quickly for T- hangar construction, waterline 1.4 Bottom line: need an approach to complete the project. 2.0 PERMIT LANGUAGE MAJOR POINTS 2.1 PRO 2.1.1 Low Quality Wetland — can argue that it is 2.2 CON 2.2.1 "Least/Best Use " - must be a compromise 2.3 NEUTRAL 2.3.1 Need to mitigate somewhere regardless 2.3.2 If off site, must be "regionally significant" 3.0 ADDITIONAL POINTS 3.1 FAA: Absolutely no conservation easements 3.2 Must have solid reasons with backup.
