R-14-24 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA ADOPTING A SIX-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS ENDING 2015-2020; PROVIDING REPEAL OF RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of Sebastian, Indian River County, Florida finds that it is in the best interest of its citizens and taxpayers to provide for financial planning; and WHEREAS, a detailed capital budget is necessary for the proper annual operation of the City and its desired capital program; WHEREAS, the Six -Year Capital Improvement Program has been reviewed by both the City Council and the City Planning Zoning Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA as follows: Section 1. The Six -Year Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years Ending 2015-2020 for the City of Sebastian is attached hereto. Section 2. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
