Dear City of Sebastian: We have been writing performance, payment & maintenance bonds for the above contractor for many years. Holland Builders of South Florida, Inc. has always completed their projects in accordance with their construction contracts. We, as their bond agent, have procured numerous performance bonds for them in the multi -millions of dollars. We hold them in the highest regard as one of our best bonded accounts. Should they need a performance bond for the Sebastian Municipal Airport, upon acceptable review of the contract, issuance of the final bond should be routine. Please do not hesitate to call me should you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter.
